2.11 Once the contract is concluded, Masi Gioielli will send you, by email, a purchase order receipt containing the General Terms of Sale and the summary document on the Right of Withdrawal and therefore, a summary of all the information already contained in the summary of commercial and contractual conditions in the order form displayed before proceeding with the purchase.

3.6 The Seller, in case of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the option not to accept the return or not to refund in full the amounts paid for the purchase, in relation to those products that are missing their respective card or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

3.7 All products sold by the Seller are covered by the legal guarantee of twenty-four (24) months for defects of conformity, in accordance with applicable law. The product defect of conformity must be communicated to Masi Gioielli S.r.l. within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the product. The defect of conformity can be communicated to the Seller by contacting Customer Service. In case of defect of conformity you have the right to request repair or replacement of the product. 4.1 For the payment of the price of products and the related shipping and delivery fees you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form. In no case will costs higher than those actually incurred by the Seller be charged in relation to the payment method chosen by you.

4.2 In case of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be transmitted, through encrypted protocol, to our Bank or other companies such as Stripe, which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access them in any way. Such information will also never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures related to your purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in case of eventual returns of products, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or when it becomes necessary to prevent or report to police forces the commission of fraud on onesizejewels.com. 8.1 Whatever payment method you use, the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal following verification of the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of returned products.

8.2 Where there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the amounts due for their purchase, the refund of amounts, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be made by the Seller in any case in favor of the person who made the payment.

8.3 The settlement date of the credit is the same as the debit; consequently you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

8.4 The Seller will indicate which carrier to use for returning products among Fedex, UPS or DHL. Through the indicated carrier you can return products to the Seller without having to pay the necessary expenses personally (they will be deducted from the refund). According to the methods and terms provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, this method indeed allows the Seller to pay directly, on your behalf, the return shipping costs of purchased products (they will be deducted from the refund). This method also allows you to verify at any time where each package is located, freeing you from any responsibility in case of loss or damage to products during transport.

8.5 If you decide to use, for the return of products, a carrier different from the one indicated by the Seller, you will have to pay the necessary expenses personally and any responsibility in case of loss or damage to products during transport will remain at your expense, according to the methods and terms provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
