You can return any product purchased on the Pietre Preziose Online website within 14 days of delivery. Here's how:

Fill out the Return Form

Make sure the stones are in the same condition as when you received them, in their packaging, and complete with all the enclosed materials, including the card with the product code.

Place everything in the original box.

Attach the pre-printed, pre-paid label to the envelope and contact FEDEX at 800.123.800: the courier will pick up your package wherever and whenever you prefer.
Your return will be insured in case of theft or loss during transport.
You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and you will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
We typically accept returns within 3 business days of receipt at our offices. During peak periods, it may take up to 7 business days. Once accepted, we will immediately activate the refund and send a confirmation email.
Refund times vary depending on the payment method chosen:
