The purpose of Pietre Preziose Online brand created and distributed by Masi Gioielli S.r.l with registered office at Piazza Gramsci, 14 Valenza (AL), Tax Code and VAT No. 01374000063 (hereinafter "the Seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on Pietre Preziose Online.
Products can be returned by shipping the package via a courier of your choice. Before returning the products via courier, you must complete the Return Form (compliant with the standard form pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) found online in your Customer Account Area, or draft and send the Seller another explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In this latter case, it is understood that you will be responsible for proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Completing the online Return Form will allow you to receive a number with which you can track the status of your return. The Seller will send you confirmation by email of the receipt of the withdrawal request transmitted through this form. It is not possible to exchange a chosen item for another one.
Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is considered properly exercised provided that all the following conditions are entirely respected:

The Return Form transmitted directly online through Pietre Preziose Online or another explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be properly completed and transmitted to the Seller within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products;

the products must not have been used, worn or washed and must necessarily meet the requirements described in the Compliance Checks section below;

The wax seal on the protective case must be intact;

the products must be returned in their original packaging;

the returned products must be delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from when you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract;

the products must not be damaged.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the full price of the purchased products. You will only be responsible for the return costs, i.e., those for returning the purchased products to the Seller's registered office.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set forth in the previous paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this shipment, Masi Gioielli Srl reserves the right to retain the products and the purchase price.
Compliance Checks
Our products must be returned unused and new, in perfect condition, with all protective materials and intact warranty seals. Any labels and tags must remain attached to the product, and all accessories and documentation must be included. If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Refund times and methods
Once the Seller has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email confirming acceptance of the return. Regardless of the payment method you used (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal), the refund will be activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out above.
The actual time for the credit or refund of the amounts you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

purchase with credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card management company, but normally occurs within two statements. Please remember that the settlement date of the credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

purchase through Bank Transfer (if available): the refund will be made to your bank account and will be visible in the next 2/3 days (based on the settlement agreed by your Bank)

purchase through PayPal (if available): the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
Product identification card
All products sold by the Seller are equipped with a card with the product code and the guarantee seal, which are an integral part of the item. We invite you to try the product without altering the card and/or guarantee seal because products returned without them will not be accepted.
Fed-Ex
Returns can be shipped through the Fed-Ex carrier or another carrier indicated by the Seller, using the pre-printed label you will find inside your package. Visit the Fed-Ex website or other announced website to arrange the pickup. If you decide to use, for the return of products, a carrier different from the one indicated by the Seller, the responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during transport remains with you.
